Do you need my passwords? No! We use account delegation, platform user permissions, and shared folder access so you maintain total control over your credentials.

What are the onboarding steps once I pay? As soon as your deposit is received, you will receive a 3-step onboarding guide to share permissions, submit your assets/preferences, and begin immediately.

Will important emails or files be deleted? Never. Only confirmed spam/junk is purged. All files and emails are sorted into logical folders/labels and archived.

How does social media scheduling work? You provide the pre-written text and images/video assets, and I format, tag, and schedule them directly in your chosen tool.

How do I maintain my profiles or workspace after completion? Every client receives a custom guide, or you can sign up for our monthly or quarterly maintenance add-ons for hands-off management.
